Hey parents, check out this chance for your kids to try yoga!

Themes for these fun and inviting classes are:

  • Snowflake Dreams: kids will create snowflakes with their hands and their bodies using breath and creative poses

  • Cozy Pajama Dreams: kids wear their pajamas to yoga and we'll practice calming, cozy breathing and poses that will warm their bodies and their hearts

  • Winter Dreams of Sharing and Thankfulness: kids create an ornament to share happiness and thankfulness of the goodness of the year, and will practice breathing and poses that help them understand the gifts they receive and give out!

Kids ages 7-12 can attend these December Monday evening classes.

In my kids yoga classes, I aim to provide children an opportunity to get in-tune with themselves and the beings of this world. My goal is to foster open-mindedness, open-heartedness, loving kindness, and intentional action. With the use of music, games, creative play, and experiential activities, kids learn poses that energize, motivate, calm, focus and unite them.
