After breathing, sweating, and smiling through my very first yoga class at Inner Bliss back in 2005, I was hooked!
I left that room with tears in my eyes knowing that I'd found my passion and my life began to change.
After each class I became happier, more calm, and more aware of everything around me, I truly believe that yoga makes me a better person. I not only found passion and fulfillment through yoga, but working with friends that have become more like family is the icing on the cake! I am grateful everyday for the path that I found through trying one yoga class!

I practice yoga because… it's the only time I truly disconnect and get out of my head and into my body.
I find peace… whenever I am with my kids!
I have been most influenced by… my Mom, she always has the answers :)
Some of my favorite snacks are… dill pickle almonds & dark chocolate...the salty & sweet combo is the best!
I am happiest when… I'm cooking in my kitchen surrounded by my people!

When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… cooking, out walking, Lake Rd Market or at my Son's basketball games!
My favorite mantra is… I breathe in strength and breathe out fear.
Every day I… am grateful for what I have and how far I've come.
