Welcome to Inner Bliss. Together, on our yoga mats, we breathe, move, laugh, grow stronger, become more supple, and open our hearts.

We were all beginners at one time, so we know how it feels to be new to yoga. We hope to make your experience simple and blissful!

Slow Flow Classes

This slow-paced class is the antidote to our fast-paced lives. Students are invited to step out of their busy-ness and practice bodily awareness synchronized with intentional breath. We tend to explore poses that are close to the ground. This class is friendly for students new to yoga and perfect if you are in need of recovery and restoration.
