First time streaming a class?

Please read the following instructions:

  • Pre-registration for classes is required.

  • Use MindBody to pre-register (schedule below).

  • Please download the Zoom app to participate. 

  • You will receive an email from FitGrid (hello@fitgrid.com) with a link to the streaming class prior to start time. 

  • Your video camera may remain on or off, your choice!
