My teaching style is challenging and creative, yet fluid with the reminder that we are all just practicing.
I hope students experience the power of breath and movement with others, and know that they are in a safe space to meet themselves where they are at that moment.
I practice yoga because… it is my calm, and my peace. Practicing yoga makes me my best self, and is that beautiful reminder of the most important tool we all have within us- the breath.
I teach yoga because…I love sharing the power of yoga with others, and being a guide for students to find their flow on the mat.
I am happiest when… I am in nature or with my family and friends.
I couldn’t live without… my yoga mat, my Stanley water bottle and my Summer Fridays lip gloss.
When I’m not at Inner Bliss, you might find me… at any MetroParks walking or hiking with my German Shepherd, Hanz.
My favorite mantra is… "this too shall pass."
Every day I… get some sort of movement in. It truly is my peace and what makes me feel alive- whether that's on my mat, going outside for a walk or picking up weights for a workout.
