This reimagined Experience for All Levels is about digging into your yoga practice and observing your bodily feedback. The only commitment you need to make is to yourself. Getting on your mat each day (even for a few minutes) and paying attention to how your body feels will be life-enhancing!
Prep meeting in-person Sunday, October 13th, 11:30 am-12:00 pm at Inner Bliss Yoga Westlake. If you cannot make it in person, you have the option to zoom.
