The immersion includes:
A slow, rhythmic yoga practice with Katie invoking warmth, mobility, and lightness to balance the cold and heaviness of winter
Ayurveda wisdom and wellness learning with Lauren - Winter is an important time to ensure your body is well nourished and moisturized to balance the cold and dry elements of winter and protect your immunity. You will receive an overview of Ayurveda, discover your Dosha, learn how our bodies change in the seasons, and winter nutrition ideas: recipes, remedies, immune support, and self-care rituals.
Sound bath and yoga nidra with Sally - Experience the healing power of sound therapy as the vibrations of quartz singing bowls, gong, intuitive vocals, drums, and many other novel instruments fill the room. Sally will guide us through a yoga nidra practice - a powerful guided meditation that will create awareness for us to align with our hearts’ desires.
