This 60 minute experience is full of ease and restoration. We will breathe and gently move while remaining close to the ground.
The intention is to clear the mind so that deep rest is possible.
Through guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), healing music and an extended savasana with hands on assists, you will leave feeling fully refreshed!
This class will be better than a nap!
