The Solstice is an opportunity to surrender to the darkness while we begin to open to the light and longer days. Our yoga flow will help us make the gradual shift in moving towards the light, building heat with Sun Salutations A, heart and hip-openers, deep twists and ending with a special aromatherapy savasana.
