repetition.
Repetition builds strength. We all know this.
We repeat the alphabet as toddlers to learn how to spell. We repeat bicep curls to grow our muscles. We repeat drills to learn game strategies. We repeat to remember.
It is worthy to examine what is on repeat in our minds. Are we repeating thoughts that are in opposition with our desired outcome? What ideas are on repeat? What words are replaying over and over. What mental muscle are we building?
Pause and notice today, what sort of mental repetition are you practicing. If you notice what you are repeating is not moving in the direction you dream of heading, change the thoughts. Repeat something new.
Big love (on repeat),
Tammy
