Stillness, sitting still, turning inward (notice I did not call it meditation) to the expanse that lies behind our ceaseless thoughts, it is all like a warm bath for your mind.

Bathe your mind in ease today. You don’t have to run the warm water and fill up your tub and sit in it (although if you can, you should), you can sit anywhere for any moment and commit to a few minutes of stillness full of warmth, ease and calm.
