I fell in love with yoga when... I realized it was forever a practice of breath and movement for the purpose of ceasing the fluctuations of the mind, it is never to be perfected.
I have been practicing at Inner Bliss since....there were tiny little yellow tickets and a small wooden honor box, probably late 2004.
The pose I love most is…dancer because it's a beautiful combination of focus, heart opening, balance and freedom.
Most of the time I leave class feeling… complete, mindful & strong.
The breath is…a sacred practice.
Inner Bliss is...a beautiful space where mats of every color gather to form a community that will breathe with you and breathe for you, practice with you, laugh with you, challenge you, calm you and hold you up. It's love.
