My favorite time to practice is…. 6pm because I am able twist out my worries in time for a restful night sleep.
I have been practicing at Inner Bliss since… 2008.
Most of the time I leave class feeling… like I can achieve anything!
The pose I love most is... airplane, because when I'm in the pose, I can't help but smile and think - look at me, I'm almost flying!
Words that lift my heart are… "you are not your thoughts."
Inner Bliss is... a one hour vacation during my day.
