Yoga for Runners & Athletes Workshop

Saturday, March 19th, 2-3:30pm in Rocky River with Kim and Abbey ($35)

In this 90-minute workshop, Abbey and Kim will teach you how yoga (the poses, breath work, meditation/visualization skills) can make you a more complete athlete.

This workshop will support you wherever you are in your athletic journey, whether you’re training for a marathon, working on a specific athletic goal, or simply want to see what yoga can offer you.

This workshop will be both movement and discussion, so please bring your mat, water, and anything else that makes you comfortable.

We encourage you to sign up early as there is a minimum of 10 participants required for this workshop.
