Summer Yoga Challenge Recap

The Inner Bliss 2024 Summer Yoga Challenge allowed us to go with the flow of the fun, playful summer months yet stay committed to our yoga practice.

We found a way to remain anchored to our practice during a time of year when it is easy to fall away from it!

Over the course of 10 weeks, 48 yogis committed to practicing either 2, 3, or 4 times per week. As long as each student completed their total number of classes (20, 30, or 40), they completed the challenge! Each student who did so received awesome custom tanks… so when you see someone around the studio wearing one, tell them “CONGRATS!”

The Summer Yoga Challenge was held together by an amazing group of yogis who showed up fully and enjoyed:

  • A fun kick-off meeting to honor the start of our collective journey 

  • Weekly emails to stay connected

  • A custom-made journal for support during the challenge 

  • High-vibration energy that was created by breathing and moving together

Students took either in-person or Zoom classes to allow for flexibility. We added a few bonus days to the challenge due to the power outages after the summer tornado and storm.   

We celebrated yoga and community and connection by showing up for ourselves and each other. We are proud and honored to have been a part of this challenge!
