I have been happy to call Cleveland home for most of my life!
Always playing sports and being active, I started doing yoga many years ago as a compliment to running and strength training. When I discovered the mind body connection that yoga gave me, it became a life changing practice. In March of 2010, I completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training with Mitchel Bleier Yoga and Inner Bliss Yoga Studio.
My teaching style places an emphasis on the breath, with creative sequencing and inspiring music. Cues are given during class for finding optimal alignment, including options to both modify and embellish poses.
In my classes, I want students to use the breath to find space in their bodies and minds. I hope they are able to leave class feeling lighter, stronger, and clearer.
