This is how we get stuck in our habits. Habits make us feel comfortable and our minds know what to expect next.  We repeat the same things over again because we are afraid of the discomfort of the unknown.

But right on the other side of the unknown is our path to awareness and freedom from our suffering. 

We can convince ourselves of a million reasons not to do something, but the truth is you only usually need one reason to take that first step to becoming aware of your habit and if they are really serving you.

Take the step, make the leap, be brave, sign up, commit!  Your body and mind will thank you!

1). The Experience is the opposite of restrictive!  

The 7 practices bring awareness and abundance to the choices you can make for what is nourishing to your body and mind and what is not.  It is not about what you "can't have" but about how amazing you can feel.

2). The Experience is more than just a cleanse!

The Experience offers you the chance to really consider how you want to feel, in your body, mind and spirit.  The Experience is about noticing what we are taking in in terms of food, information and energy.  When we can clear out what feels heavy or makes us feel weighed down it gives us the chance to really transform our lives.

3). The Toolkit!

6). The Prep Meeting 

We are here to support you every step of the way!  Before the Experience begins we offer a Prep Meeting that you can either attend in person or on Zoom.  We go through all the information you need to feel prepared, how to access the Toolkit and to answer any questions you have!  We would love to see your faces in person or on Zoom.  Connecting as a community in this way really sets the foundation for you to have an amazing experience!  

7). The Daily Emails

Each day you will get an email from us with stories, recipes, tips, journal prompts, body listening practices, mantras to work with and so much more!  We encourage you to share your stories and "ah-ha" moments with us along the way so that we can share them with the community!

8). The Yoga

Committing to your yoga practice in a way that makes you prioritize that time to be in your body, away from your phone and away from distractions is such a gift!  Practicing yoga more often than your normal schedule feels like it allows, can help you to see you do have the time when you borrow it back from yourself. 

It's fun to try a different class style.  You can practice with a different teacher on a different day and time!   You can also take Live Stream classes via Zoom or take any classes from our On Demand Library. 

9). We have the best shot of Happiness when we are in a State of Growth!

The Experience by its nature shifts us into a growth state.  We are becoming the witness to our habits, learning so much about what is working in our lives and what is not, bringing awareness to how we feel in our bodies and if it aligns with how we want to feel.  It's exciting, fun and illuminating!

10). The Experience brings real, sustainable changes in your life!

Each time we do the Experience we find at least one thing sticks with us even when the Experience is over!   Jackie noticed how amazing she feels when she drinks water and loves to add citrus for a pop of color and flavor or on these cold winter days loves to have hot water with lemon. Katie gave up her Hot Chocolate Habit (read her story here) and now just has one cup of plain black coffee in the mornings.  We can't wait to hear how the Experience changed your life!
