This special warm slow flow / restorative yoga practice was designed with the Cleveland marathon and half-marathon runners in mind, as the timing of your training has led you to this time of taper.
This hour of relaxation will be so welcome in your body. However, this class is open to all, runners, walkers, athletes, and non-athletes alike.
We are all the same in our need to breathe, move, be in our bodies, and share in community. This 60-minute gentle practice is destined to melt away tension and restore your mind-body balance.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is accessible to all levels and offers a gentle, yet profound, way to unwind and recharge.
Please note that there is a minimum of 10 students needed for this class... so tell your friends!
