Stretch your arms over your head and feel the stretch. Clasp your hands behind your low back, bend your knees slightly and fold forward, feel the stretch. Reach over your head and catch your right wrist and stretch over to the left and feel the stretch - same thing, other side. It just feels good to stretch 😊
