Don’t forget the feeling of floating. Fully in the moment and in equal measure, standing apart as a witness to the moment.

You may leave your practice for days or weeks or months at a time, but it never leaves you.

Even if you don’t get to your mat today, lie down somewhere, anywhere in savasana and remember.
