gifts.

One of my superpowers is seeing the gifts in others as I stand before them.

In a short conversation or a longtime relationship, I see gifts.

I see in you, what you may not see in yourself. I am not afraid to tell you about your gifts, I don’t hold back. I see your eyes light up on a certain topic, your physical presence get bigger and brighter when you speak about one of your talents. I can feel your heart grow big when you talk about that thing you are really good at or the something that you love so much or simply what it is that elevates your state.

When I am distracted, overwhelmed, heavy with fear, exhausted or generally out of sorts, I lose my superpower. Poof. Its gone. I can’t see anything. I am guessing I am not alone in that - losing my superpowers when I lose my presence.

Yoga helps me keep my superpowers working. Breathing, moving, expanding, contracting, getting stronger, becoming more supple, keeps me in a state to see your gifts.

What are your superpowers and how does yoga keep them readily available?

Enjoy the snowy morning CLE! Covered in a glittery blanket, it’s beautifully winter.

Big love,
Tammy
