repeatedly.

We are creatures of habit. What we do repeatedly, we become.

I have written about this idea before. But it is something I believe is so valuable it deserves to be written about, read, remembered, revisited over and over. I believe that (writing and) reading the same ideas, presented in different ways, with different words, sometimes allows the ideas to sink in someplace they slid over the last time.

Moreover, It is worthy of our time and attention to review, on a regular basis, what we are doing repeatedly throughout our hours and days. There is great value in regularly noticing what we do day in and day out. It matters.

As you come to your mat today, to breathe and move, notice what you are doing on repeat. See that those patterns are lifting you up, filling you up, inciting goodness within.

See that your yoga practice - 5 minutes, 10 minutes, an hour - is something you do repeatedly. That most days, you get on your mat. See that your yoga practice is a pattern in your life. The pattern itself, delivers gifts. The practice delivers more gifts. It’s like a Christmas morning of gifts!

Big love,
Tammy
