Pull breath in through your nose and fill your lungs.

Feel your lungs expand. Watch your chest expand. Press the breath out. This kind of breathing moves grief, heaviness and congestion.

If breathing deeply into your lungs feels evasive, try pressing all of your breath out and hold it out for a moment and then take your next deep breath in.

Fill up on breath. Move your breath. Watch the rise and fall of the breath. Feel the in and the out of the breath. It’s simple but not easy. Concentrate.
