Try this:

Each night before bed, get out a notebook, journal or just a piece of paper, and write out what you are looking forward to the next day. Be as detailed as possible and try to consider everything you are excited about for the day ahead.

Allow yourself to fall asleep contemplating all of your forwards.

This is a practice I need, we all need. Let’s try it for each other.
