I love this quote and in a beautiful, poetic way, it captures the essence of what The Experience is to me.
It seems like making friends with your body should be as easy as walking up to an accepting face on the playground and saying hello. But as we all know, making friends with our bodies requires a steadfast commitment to an ongoing, honest conversation. It requires deep listening, choosing good nourishment, paying attention to hydrating our skin, muscles, kidneys, brain, and heart with water. And it requires our hearts to be open and our thoughts to be elevated. It’s a complicated friendship but totally worth the investment❤️

The Experience begins this Sunday, 11/14 and wraps up on 11/24.
Here is a brief outline of what it asks of you:
Commit to 10 days of:
Unprocessed, whole foods
A regular yoga practice
Drink a half gallon of water
Get still and turn inward to listen each day
Practice gratitude –gratitude cannot co-exist with a negative emotion
Give, give, give - being generous feels great
Learn about mantra - words you say to yourself matter
