The 10 Day Experience: March 6 - March 16 (our 27th Experience)
Beyond a CLEANSE, The Experience is about having the courage to begin again!
The Experience provides a framework to support you in breaking self-sabotaging habits, creating new life-affirming rituals and experience the bliss of unprocessed foods, supreme hydration, a regular yoga practice, learning to listen to your body’s intelligence, and the power of stillness, gratitude, giving & mantras!
WHOLE: Feed your body UNPROCESSED, whole foods making delicious, life-affirming choices from veggies, fruit, nuts, fresh fish & meat, food that is unprocessed and in a natural state.
YOGA: Over the course of the 10 days, practice yoga (virtual or in studio) with our inspired teachers 7 times, twice on your own and one day of indulgence (rest, bodywork, massage, hot bath, etc).
HYDRATE: Drink a half-gallon of water each day. Limit caffeine to one beverage each day. Consume no alcohol or soda/pop for the 10 days.
SIT STILL & LISTEN: Sit still and breathe for 5-10 minutes each day. Listen to your body. Notice. Do your best.
GIVE: Do something once a day to give back: Buy someone coffee, leave someone a love note, go out of your way to help someone in need. Find a way to give.
GRATITUDE: A practice of getting still & saying your own gratitude prayer/offering prior to eating your meals or anytime it works for you!
MANTRA: an introduction to, and encouragement for creating life enhancing mantras to use daily to help shift your thoughts and mind patterns to uplifted, life-affirming state.
Bonus! Daily journal practice! In order to help cultivate your daily journaling, you will receive a writing prompt each day in your Happy Mail!
An important Preparation ZOOM Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 6 at 5:15 pm for 30 minutes. Please download the zoom app to participate in the mid-week meeting.
NOTE: We will prepare on Saturday, March 6 (prep email, grocery store and meeting), but the first day of your cleanse is Sunday, March 7 and then last day is through Tuesday, March 16. Finish just in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
