30.

Good morning all!

As some of you may be participating, we are in the midst of our IBY Yoga Challenge - at least 30 minutes of practice each day for 30 days! It’s day 10. The excerpt below is from Laura H Ross, one of our amazing teachers who is co-leading the challenge, along with Kim Rush:

“Much like the highs and lows the Spring weather brings here in Cleveland, our yoga practice will continuously ebb and flow as well. No matter the length or intensity of your daily practice, we continue to show up. Remind yourself....its called yoga practice, not yoga perfect! Nurture the ebb and flow of your practice to align with your rhythm of daily life. Maybe its an intense powerful vinyasa day, or perhaps its a sweet and savory yin class you may be craving. There is so much value in both!”

I love her simple and yet profound message of showing up to the mat over and over and listening to your body. Our practice is never meant to be perfect and fancy and glorified. It is always just a practice. If we show up and do our practice, we will find the gifts are in the process.

We will meet you on your mat today - wherever you may be joining us from:)

Big love, Tammy
