Get into your body today!

On your yoga mat, outside on your feet, on your bike, in the pool, through the woods, down the road, up the hill, in your garden or anywhere!

For moments at a time, sink into your bodily sensations and get out of your thoughts. This is so essential to raise your vibration! And you will feel so good after!!

No one ever says - “wow, I wish I had not gone to yoga” or “geez, I wish I had not gone for that hike” or “whoa, I wish I not taken that walk”! No one ever says that:)

Get up and get moving!
