stretching out.

Good morning yogis!

If we are stretching, we are growing. This is one reason (of the gazillion) that yoga feels so good and feeds us in a miraculous way.

In any moment we can choose between 2 opposite states: Remaining still and Breaking apart. We can imagine the 2 extremes in most situations. But we can also remember that in the middle of the two, is stretching.

To stretch is to grow and to extend our reach past where we thought we could go. To stretch is grow our resiliency and become more supple, limber, powerful and expansive.

Sometimes, stretching is uncomfortable and could even leave us just a little bit sore.

But, the next time, we can stretch further, expand farther and little by little, we grow, The stretching compounds.
