These 7 practices can travel with you! You can do The Experience anywhere!

Believe it or not, most restaurants have whole food options, even if you have to dig a little through the menu. Often under sides, there are steamed vegetables, steamed rice, simple salads, fresh fruit bowls and even baked potatoes. And often you can get a piece of meat or fish, plain with salt and pepper or a salad with oil and vinegar on the side.

Bring your water along and skip the glass of wine and you are on your way!

With our On Demand practices, you can bring your yoga along anywhere you have wifi!

And most places you go allow you somewhere to sit down and be still - even if it needs to be in the bathroom!

If you know you are going to be away from home for the day or longer, it is also helpful to pack your favorites like apples, tangerines, bananas, berries, nuts, carry along homemade granola and even a salad in a to go container!

We often make less then spectacular food choices when we are staving! Try not to get to starving, by planning ahead!
