Maybe yoga is the last thing you have time for today? It’s ok. All you need is a couple of minutes to close your eyes - anywhere (except if you are driving) and take 3 conscious deep breaths. Maybe stretch your arms over your head or clasp your hands behind your back and fold forward. A little yoga goes a long way.
