that sounds like a super fluffy, definitely not academic & hard to measure, thing to say. and it is.
but, it is valuable to your human-being-ness.

we love to think and intellectualize. it is easy to forget about feeling. but the feelings we have govern, to a large degree, our actions. the more aware we can be of our feelings, the more we can chart our actions to then elicit the feelings we would like to invite in.

it’s dreary outside so maybe you feel a little low. but as you sit at your desk working consider: a warm cup of something feels good, a furry blanket across your lap feels good, getting up and doing a lion’s breath 3-4 times, feels good, lighting a candle in your workspace, feels good.
