Trying to stay in a pose when our legs are shaking.
Trying to stay in a pose when our mind is racing.
Trying to breathe when we are falling apart.
Trying to to put things back together.
Trying to forgive.
Trying to see the good.
Trying to be kind.
Trying to apologize and make up.
Trying to expect great things to happen.
Trying to show up fully present.
Trying to eat more veggies and drink more water.
Trying to listen.
We get stronger just by trying.
