Nourish.

Our nourishment directly corresponds to our state of being moment to moment.

What we fill up with creates feelings and energy within us.

And what we put in, in some way comes out. I am not just referring to food and our digestive system:). I am also speaking to how we nourish our minds. If we fill up on drama and dread, our state is full of angst and agitation. If we fill up on junk, our bodies are cranky and unwell. All times, but especially this time, fill up on goodness. Read good material, listen to music that lifts you up, talk to those who elevate your spirit, do things that feed your soul, move your body in ways that raise your energy and nourish yourself with the stuff that you look forward to coming back out into the world - so to speak :)
