When you can be where your feet are, you have landed here and now. For moments at a time everything about what was before and what is coming, vanishes. You find yourself with your feet, grounded.

I learned the phrase “be where your feet are” from a brilliant mental skills expert for professional athletes. It is one of those golden messages that I will forever carry with me and try to share as often as possible.
