First thoughts.
These days, it is easy to wake up and worry.
Our first thoughts filled with angst and concern and ugh. It is also the perfect time for something new.
The opportune time to train your brain to wake up to your blessings. It’s a practice, not a perfect.
It will take time to cultivate. But try it one day at a time. As you begin to awaken each morning, try to fixate on your blessings.
Could be the smallest things. The thought of your delicious coffee or the sound of the rain or your dog’s wet nose or your cozy sheets.
Tiny blessings. Let them roll into your mind and keep inviting more in, like you opened the “blessings door” and they are flooding in to fill you with loads of goodness.
Maybe imagine the mini blessings as cute little, colorful, furry creatures running out of the of door they have been stuck behind and now they are free to fill your mind… they make you smile.
They come in with the smells you love, the images that you love, the sounds that make you happy, the feelings that bring your heart to a bigness.
Share with me, what are your tiny blessings that could be your first thoughts.
Thank you for being my teachers.
Big love,
Tammy
