Stop, drop, meditate is a daily offering I have been sharing on Instagram this past month or so.

It is a 10-12 minute practice shared by all who tune in and decide to sit down, turn inward and get still for a few minutes each afternoon.

It is designed to be calming but uplifting, personal but collective. There is a fun vibe and a friendliness that encourages everyone to come back the next day.

I have been offering this practice at 2pm each day on the Inner Bliss Yoga Instagram live. Today will be the last day at 2pm.

Beginning this Tuesday (May 12) and moving forward, we will stop, drop and meditate at 1:30pm each day Monday - Friday.
