breath.

We take over 20,000 breaths each day and most go unnoticed.

Our yoga practice asks us to pay attention to this life giving breath, to feel it in our body.

Our deliberate inhales take us up and open, into an expansion. Our exhales take us down, and in, into the depths of our soul.

The inhale leads our heart open, into a state of allowing ourselves to be seen, to be vulnerable. The exhale moves us back to the source, the strength, the power.

When we breathe in, we open up to the possibilities and when we breathe out, we return to the inner knowing. This beautiful, brilliant dance is worthy of being noticed and celebrated. Practiced with attention.
