look up.
When it feels like the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders, look up.
When it feels like heaviness is closing in on you, reach up.
When you only want to curl in and close off, open up.
When you feel as if you cannot take another moment, breathe up.
When you feel flattened and discouraged or even broken by it all, rise up.
You can do it.
Yoga lifts us up. Unroll your mat and stand in mountain with your palms turned up. Breathe in and reach up, look up, open your heart and feel yourself rise up.
