As this new week begins, come back into your body.

Feel into the gentle vibrations of your blood moving through your veins. Return to the heartbeat of life and the movement beneath the surface of your skin. Come back to your bones, tissues, muscles, tendons, organs and the breath that keeps it all alive.

As we presence ourselves through bodily sensations, we arrive in the moment. As we come fully into our embodied state, we can feel what we need to heal.

Come back to into your body so that your mind can rest. Come back into your body so that your nervous system can relax. Come back into your body to presence yourself.
